COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

We have set up a complaints procedure that enables employees, business partners and third parties to report human rights and environmental risks or breaches of duty that have occurred in our business area or at one of our direct suppliers.


This whistleblower system enables anonymous, confidential and secure communication. We will investigate every reported tip-off and in particular ensure that the respective whistleblower does not have to fear any reprisals or other disadvantages as a result of using the whistleblowing system. Abuse of the whistleblowing system is excluded.

Our complaints procedure is a component of our strategy to fulfil the corporate due diligence obligations of the Supply Chain Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz, LkSG).
